SUSTAINABILITY AT OUR CORE
When we opened on Brunnshögsgatan, we committed to going all-in on sustainability. From sourcing the best Swedish ingredients to creating menus that reflect the seasons as much as possible and showcase produce from local farmers and suppliers across the region, our menu celebrates quality ingredients, treated with love and care.

GOOD FOOD, EVEN BETTER PLANET
We’ve made sure our whole operation is as sustainable as possible. We love the idea of letting objects live on in new environments and therefore almost all of our kitchen-ware and our dinig room furniture, including the barpanel are all recycled and repurposed. We’re also big on tackling waste — almost nothing we use goes to landfill, it’s all rescued and reused.
We’re all about cutting our carbon footprint in line with science and pushing ourselves to smash our own big and ambitious goals. Whether it’s driving positive behavioural change or tackling food waste and campaigning for better food systems.
Our story
Nestled beside the iconic Nobel park (Nobelparken) and the tram ride route on the main street of Brunnshög, is a celebration of Asias rich food culture and Amru's culinary love letter to the roots that inspired his passion for cooking.
Since 2025, our restaurant, with its friendly environment, majestic bar and cosy dining room has been a joyful celebration of nostalgia and modern twists, bang in the heart of Brunnshög.
And the food? It’s truly something special. Asian classics are lovingly reimagined and all crafted with ingredients from our favourite suppliers.
Signature cocktails are inspired by the seasons and created in-house, while our wines and beers — chosen for their quality and flavour — are perfect for toasting with loved ones.
But we’re more than just a restaurant; we’re a reflection of Amru's journey, from a young boy helping out in the kitchen at Sweet Lemon, his father’s award-winning restarant in Lund where he grew up, right through to the renowned chef and restaurateur we admire today.
